Input files for R scripts developed and described in following study: Protein-coding genes in humans and model mammals (mouse, rat and pig): gene identifiers and disambiguation of gene nomenclature retrieved from the Ensembl genome browser (Juszczak et al., 2025). The R scripts are deposited at https://github.com/Grzegorz-R-Juszczak/Protein-coding-gene-IDs-human-mouse-rat-pig Deposited input files were used in this study and constitute a trial data for other user to test the scripts and to properly prepare new input files.
