Datasets for Moore A and Vivanco Gonzalez N et al. (2021) Gestationally-dependent immune organization at the maternal-fetal interface. bioRxiv. This repository contains single-cell mass cytometry (CyTOF) datasets for mouse (C57BL/6J) peripheral blood and placentas collected from syngeneic pregnancies, from embryonic day 10.5 through 18.5. In addition, we included CSV files of downsampled maternal and fetal immune cells, which we used to carry out clustering analyses. The downsampled datasets have been quantile normalized and median intensities have been arcsinh, co-factor 5 transformed.
