Steps to reproduce

Temperature and salinity stress were applied to cod eggs for 24 hours, and the number of individuals that floated initially and finally was counted. Ten treatments were used: T stands for temperature in °C and S stands for salinity in ppt, T03-S25, T03-S35, T07-S20, T07-S25, T03-S30, T07-S35, T12-S25, T12-S35, T16-S25, and T16-S35. Inversion genotypes for the inversions on chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 were determined for individuals from the T03-S25, T07-S25, T16-S25, and T16-S35 treatments.
