Description

The datasets include raw measurement data obtained by running IRTT on the experimental testbed, covering transmissions over the Starlink network and back to the test endpoint. Each dataset contains per-packet timestamps, uplink latency, downlink latency, and round-trip time (RTT) measurements for all received packets. The data are provided as a single ZIP archive, which contains folders labeled by the date of each individual experiment. Within each folder, an irtt.txt file contains the full output of the IRTT tool, recorded continuously over many hours, tracking variations in uplink, downlink, and round-trip latency.
