Data Description for Paneer Curry Classification 1. Overview This dataset contains over 500 images of paneer curry, classified into good and bad categories. The images were captured using a Redmi Note 8 Pro mobile camera under daylight conditions with a white background to ensure consistent lighting and minimal background noise. 2. Data Collection Process Sample Selection: Paneer curry samples were collected, ensuring variation in ingredients, cooking techniques, and storage conditions. Good Paneer Curry: Fresh, properly cooked, with an appealing texture, correct seasoning, and no signs of spoilage. Bad Paneer Curry: Spoiled, overcooked, undercooked, contaminated, or visually unappealing due to separation, discoloration, or fungal growth. 3. Image Capture Conditions Device Used: Redmi Note 8 Pro Lighting: Natural daylight for consistency Background: White to enhance contrast and visibility Angle: Standardized close-up shots to highlight texture, color, and consistency 4. Data Distribution Good Paneer Curry: ~50% of images Bad Paneer Curry: ~50% of images Resolution: High-quality images for better classification accuracy 5.
