R code used to generate figures and analyze data. Included as well is the csv file for the data set used in analysis.

Steps to reproduce

figures.R generates the figures used in the manuscript. Model 3.R was specifically used for the analysis of model 3 in the manuscript, while models 1 & 2 were generated using GLMM models.R. tukey.R was used to generate the ANOVA comparing task type performance.
