Deidentified dataset of OB/GYN residents. Residents underwent initial assessment of simulated laparoscopic vaginal cuff closure scored with GOALS+. Residents then received single, proctored session with expert MIGS surgeon. Residents randomized to receive access to audio/video recording of proctored session or video only recording. Learners were then assessed approximately 1 week after proctored session with same vaginal cuff closure model (GOALS+).
