Description

This dataset contains transcriptomic data and qRT-PCR data. Transcriptome generally refers to the collection of all transcriptome products in a cell under a certain physiological condition. The research object is the sum of all RNA that can be transcribed by a specific cell in a certain functional state, mainly including mRNA and ncRNA. In a narrow sense, it refers to the collection of all mRNAs, and the RNA detected in this project specifically refers to mRNA. Transcriptome sequencing analysis of 12 samples of Baiyan 2 was completed in this project, and a total of 179.08 Gb Clean Data was obtained. The Clean Data of each sample reached 11 Gb, and the percentage of Q30 bases was 94 % or more. Based on the comparison results, gene structure optimization analysis and new gene discovery were carried out. Based on the comparison results, gene expression analysis was performed. Differentially expressed genes were identified according to the expression levels of genes in different samples, and functional annotation and enrichment analysis were performed. qRT-PCR folder contains amplification curve and melting curve, expression statistics table and histogram with comparison groups, Ct value and primer information of gene.
