Description

Dataset needed to decipher social behaviour using the BSocial tool (http://m4m.ugr.es/BSocial.html). The data shows mean growth rate and no. generations for all 255 communities, from the combinatorial of 8 strains. The composition of each community is observed in the document. Strains used: Azospirillum brasilense (AB), Bacillus subtilis (BS), Bradyrhizobium valentinum (BV), Ensifer medicae (EM), Pseudomonas chlororaphis (PC), Pseudomonas fluorescens (PF), Pseudomonas lutea (PL), Pseudomonas rhizosphaerae (PR).
