A dataset of clinical parameters and genotypes (FSHR rs6166, LHCGR rs2293275, IL-6 rs1800795, IL-10 rs1800871, IL-10 rs1800872, IL-10 rs1800896) of predicted normo-responder women undergoing IVF

Description

A total of 141 normally ovulating women aged between 23 and 42 (mean age: 32±4.0) who were undergoing IVF at the Center for Human Reproduction and IVF (Rostov-on-Don, Russia), were selected for this study. Of these, 82 were relatively healthy women (male factor infertility in a married couple), 22 had tubal factor infertility, and 37 had combined male and tubal infertility. All women were performing their first IVF cycle and had an expected normal response to COS, based on the POSEIDON criteria (Group 1 (age < 35 years, AFC ≥ 5, AMH ≥ 1.2 ng/ml) and Group 2 (age ≥ 35 years, AFC ≥ 5, AMH ≥ 1.2 ng/ml)). Women with anovulation and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were excluded from the study.
