Title: Digital accessibility in Brazil: bibliometric analysis of the literature indexed in scientific databases in 2025 Abstract: Bibliometric analysis on digital accessibility in Brazil, focusing on publications indexed in national and international scientific databases in 2025. It aims to elucidate the characteristics of the aforementioned bibliographic framework in terms of scope and gaps. It was conceived as pure basic research, employing both qualitative and quantitative approaches, with exploratory and descriptive objectives, as well as bibliometric procedures. However, it also includes bibliographic analysis as the primary scientific method for understanding and elucidating the characteristics of the evaluated object. It is expected not only to identify the scope of the aforementioned literature indexed in scientific databases throughout 2025, revealing the updated state-of-the-art on the topic, but also possible gaps in this scientific framework that can establish new and essential lines of research, favoring the scientific development of the area within the scope of the theme. In this sense, the initiative is characterized by opportunities to elucidate the state-of-the-art within the topic; establish new lines of research focused on aspects essential to the scientific advancement of the field; and explore sociocultural implications for improving public policies. Due to its characteristics of originality and innovation, in concomitance with its intrinsic ties to the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), the initiative may also contribute to the scientific consolidation of this Institution in an international context.
