This dataset accompanies the research titled "A Structural MRI-Based Predictive Tool for Personalized rTMS Treatment Planning in Subjective Tinnitus". It contains the raw morphometric and clinical data used to develop and validate an interpretable machine learning model for predicting treatment response to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in patients with subjective tinnitus. The dataset prospectively collected data from 64 patients with subjective tinnitus and 18 well-matched healthy controls (HCs). All participants underwent a multidisciplinary assessment, including audiological evaluation, tinnitus characterization, and high-resolution T1-weighted structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI).
