Description

This dataset contains time- and/or cycle-resolved excess pore-water pressure measurements from undrained cyclic laboratory tests on root-reinforced soil specimens. Data are provided for different reinforcement levels (root content) and test conditions (e.g., cyclic strain amplitude and confining pressure). Each file includes the recorded pore-water pressure response and associated metadata needed to reproduce key plots such as excess pore-water pressure versus cycle number/time. The dataset can be used to evaluate how root reinforcement influences pore-pressure buildup, onset of rapid pore-pressure increase, and liquefaction-related criteria under cyclic loading, and to benchmark constitutive or pore-pressure generation models.
