Description

These data are the western blot images used to generate figures for our publication AquIRE reveals multiple mechanisms of clinically induced RNA damage and the conservation and dynamics of glycoRNAs. The powerpoint collates the data and shows the biological replicates for each of 3 antibodies, plus p53 and actin controls. Details of the antibodies used and quantification are also within the powerpoint. Imagelab image documents for all files are also included. Loading these in the Imagelab software allows adjustment of exposure.
