Description
This dataset contains the flow cytometry data and associated FlowJo workspace files used to generate Figures 1–4 of the STAR Protocols manuscript. The dataset includes original FCS files, processed/exported FCS files used for downstream analysis, and FlowJo workspace (.wsp) files containing the corresponding gating and analysis workflows.
