Description

This dataset contains the supplementary tabular data supporting the manuscript “Genomics-guided digital-twin prioritization of KRAS peptide analytes for amine-functionalized MoS2 nanopore biosensors”. The dataset includes CSV source files and journal-ready DOCX renderings for Supplementary Tables S1-S9. These tables describe the KRAS peptide analyte panel, compact MoS2 digital-twin metrics, model-validation gates, surrogate feature coefficients, extended 310 K validation metrics, biosensor readout index calculations, and bare-versus-amine functionalization-control metrics. Public cancer-genomics inputs were derived from TCGA PanCancer Atlas data accessed through cBioPortal. The canonical KRAS sequence context was based on UniProtKB accession P01116. The tabular files are intended to support transparency, reuse, and review of the processed data underlying the manuscript figures and supplementary tables.
