Steps to reproduce
Data were collected through a cross-sectional online survey administered to public sector employees in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia using a structured questionnaire via Google Form. The survey included demographic questions and the Malay version of the 22-item Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R). A pilot study was conducted to assess the reliability of the instrument before the main data collection. All data are processed using SPSS version 25.
