Description

This collection of datasets includes (i) concentrations of selected per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) measured in liver samples from 164 wild boars harvested in Brandenburg, Germany; (ii) land-use characterization of 18 hunting districts in Brandenburg based on aggregated CORINE Land Cover (CLC) 2018 data; and (iii) distances between these hunting districts and presumptive PFAS contamination sources as reported by the PFAS Data Hub. The PFAS Data Hub compiles PFAS-related information from multiple sources and represents a continuation of the Forever Pollution Project (CNRS Humanities & Social Sciences, 2024). Detailed descriptions of the datasets and variables are provided in the accompanying README files.
