Description

Data includes supplementary information for the research article "Physicochemical differences between camelid single-domain antibodies and mammalian antibodies". The hypothesis of the article is that quantifiable sequential and structural differences exist between the variable domain of camelid heavy chain only IgGs (VHH) and the variable domain of the heavy chain of full IgGs (VH), and these differences can be used to engineer novel single domain antibodies from xenogeneic sources. Further detail is available at the article (publication pending).
