Description

The data consists of NMR data, mass spectrosmetric data and IR values. There are also tables summarising chemical shift values from NMR experiments of known compounds. The data was obtained by running analytical experiments on compounds isolated from plants extracts by chromatographic techniques. The NMR spectra shown in this work were process from FID data obtained from NMR instrument by using MestReNova 12.0 softwaret. Tables containing chemical shift values obtained from the NMR spectrum of known compounds. The data was used to determine the structures of compounds described in the main article.

Steps to reproduce

Isolate pure compounds from plant extracts. Run NMR and Mass spectrometric analysis to obtain raw data (FIDs) Use a software (topsin of MestReNova) to process the data to get the spectra presented in this dataset
