Description

Abstract: For investigating the effects of deep-brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus (STN-DBS) on functional brain connectivity in Parkinson's disease using functional MRI, this archive contains individual functional brain connectivity (seed-based functional connectivity) and brain network centrality (eigenvector centrality, EC; global correlation, GCOR) maps from *all* patients including second-level analyses using SPM12.

Files

Steps to reproduce

Replication: The analysis is tested with MATLAB 9.12 (R2022a) and SPM 12 rev. 7771. Start SPM with "spm fmri". In each analysis directory, open the *.m file with a text editor and adapt the path. Replace /insert/your/path/here with your own path. Thereafter, load the *.m file as batch file in SPM (using the "batch" button) and press the "run" button (green triangle).
