Digital Adoption in Banking
Description
The survey was conducted online, focusing on the Romanian banking system, in particular on users aged between 18 and 35 who use online banking services. The questionnaire was meticulously designed to ensure an intuitive experience on both PC and mobile devices. No pre-conditions were set to exclude potential respondents, with the exception of the requirement to complete all questions in the questionnaire. The only physical restriction of the original version was that the questionnaire was written inRomanian and referred to a Romaninan banking context. A judicious sampling method was used to guarantee the specificity, accuracy and manageability of the data collected. The distribution channels were strategically selected to reach the relevant target groups, including students, employees, and general online user segments. In some cases, responses were obtained by printed questionnaires, which were subsequently digitized for integration into the dataset.
