A Rare Thoracolumbar Lymphangioma Diagnosed Prenatally: A Case Report with Clinical Insights.

Description

Prenatal diagnosis of isolated thoracolumbar lymphangioma is exceptionally rare, and limited published experience makes antenatal counselling and perinatal management challenging. We report the successful prenatal diagnosis and multidisciplinary management of an isolated fetal thoracolumbar lymphangioma with favourable neonatal and six-month outcomes.
