On top left, bilateral thighs before treatment; on top right, bilateral thighs after treatment, note absence of new nodules in a patient who previously developed nodules constantly; on bottom left, bilateral thighs before treatment; on bottom right, bilateral thighs after treatment, note nodule reduction. The patient whose images are on the top left and top right did not have any concomitant therapy for HS. The patient whose images are on the bottom left and bottom right was prescribed topical clindamycin concurrently, however she reported using only clascoterone. Supplemental Table 1.
