Description

Nucleotide alignments of coding sequences for the four major insect chemosensory gene families in a mosquito (Anopheles) species complex with differences in host preference. This is the data associated with the manuscript "Comparisons of human and non-human feeding Anopheles mosquitoes link olfactory genes to anthropophily". Code for calculating kA/kS in the R package "seqinr" is also included, as well as a vcf file with whole genome SNP data that was used to build the nuclear phylogeny.
