We argue that the Cartesian product CP2 ⊗ S2 is a six dimensional CalabiYau Manifold with the Euler characteristic six that corresponds to three families of fermions. It is a counter-example of a single generation of fermion one gets by putting a spinc structure on CP2, by including a gauge field of SU(2) that is isomorphic to S2.
