Description

Data set used for the paper "Burnout in the Skies: An Exploratory Study of Pilot Profiles and Related Psychosocial Variables" published in Annals of Psychology in which three different profiles of pilots were found by performing a two step cluster analysis: the committed, the ineffective, and those who experience burnout. Anova analyses and X2-test confirmed statistical differences between them in term of sex, age, resilience, positivity, perceived job security, stress and accidents.
