Description

The data describe the results of a cross-species hybridization microarray study investigating the transcriptomic response in the liver of Seaside Sparrows (Ammospiza maritima) exposed to oil from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, compared with birds from a control site. The birds were collected in August 2011; coordinates of control site: 29°27'10.7"N, 89°46'44.7"W; oiled site: 29°27'24.2"N, 89°53'11.5"W)
