Description

This dataset is a collection of 13414 kids' news articles scraped from 5 renowned news websites: Science News for Students, TIME for Kids, News For Kids, ROBINAGE and DOGO News, using the Beautiful Soup Python Library. The dataset can be used for classification, clustering, text summarizing, and various other NLP tasks. Duplicate news articles have been removed and the dataset contains six columns: 1. name: News Publisher name 2. url: Link to the news 3. title: News article title 4. article: News article 5. kidFriendly: Labeled as 1 for all columns The .ipynb file contains a brief summary of the EDA.
