Description

The SAVI dataset consists of a collection of data generated from satellite images (Landsat 5-8) that allow for the calculation of the Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI). This index is derived using the red and near-infrared bands and is adjusted to mitigate the influence of soil in areas with low vegetation cover. The dataset covers a period of multiple decades (e.g., 1985–2023).
