JNK dynamics in response to multiple stimuli

Description

Single cell cytoplasmic to nuclear ratios of the JNKKTR biosensor in response to multiple stimuli (control, sorbitol, tunicamycin, thapsigargin, H2O2, TGFB1, and TNFa) over 12.5 hours. Data is provided as a cell matrix with each cell corresponding to a treatment. Data includes a cell array with names for each sample as well as an array of time points to assist with plotting. Data is formatted for Matlab and was smoothed using a 5-window moving mean.
