To validate delayed venous flow (DVF), a hemodynamic biomarker on dual-phase dual-energy CT (DECT), as a key mediator between thrombus burden and end-organ injury in acute pulmonary embolism (PE), specifically microcirculatory compromise and right ventricular (RV) dysfunction.
