Description

This study aimed to identify and characterize candidate plant growth promoting rhizobacteria.

Steps to reproduce

1. Bacterial isolation 2. Bacterial screening Bacterial isolates were screened for nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, and IAA production. 3. Identification of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria using 16S ribosomal RNA Sanger sequencing Bacterial isolates from step 2 were selected for molecular identification. Pure cultures were grown on NA, and colony PCR was performed to amplify the 16S rRNA gene.
