Description

This dataset contains the usability evaluation data for "Gotong," a prototype mobile application designed to improve donor retention and engagement through gamification. The data was collected during the "Test" phase of a Design Thinking methodology. The dataset includes three triangulated evaluation metrics: System Usability Scale (SUS): Quantitative survey data from target users establishing a baseline usability score (Score: 68.14). Heuristic Evaluation: Expert review data identifying user interface violations based on standard usability heuristics (e.g., Error Prevention, Visibility of System Status). Usability Testing (UT): Qualitative task-completion logs and behavioral observation notes from a 3-user testing cohort, focusing on the onboarding, gamified reward, and donation transaction flows. This data supports research into the cognitive friction points of gamified digital transactions and provides a baseline for iterative UX improvements.
