To support the multi-dimensional analysis requirements of [Please fill in your research/project name, e.g., Mechanistic study of the anti-inflammatory effect of Bacteroides uniformis outer membrane vesicles], we are constructing a comprehensive biological dataset. This dataset is designed to integrate and standardize both raw and processed data originating from multiple omics platforms, including but not limited to: 16S rRNA sequencing and RNA sequencing.
