This README file is for the dataset used in "Protocol for using fluorescence anisotropy to monitor chaperone-dependent dispersal of heat-induced RNA-binding protein condensates" published in STAR Protocols (Yoo and Drummond, 2022). The file contains example data and custom R (version 3.5.2) scripts for analyzing the example data as described in the protocol.
