Description

The model consisted of 127 species: 25 genes, 25 mRNA, 35 proteins, one protein complex, 22 degraded proteins, and 13 molecules (supplementary table 1). These species interact in a total of 117 reactions: 25 transcription and 25 translation reactions respectively. A unique heterodimer association, 12 negative influences, six positive influences, 40 transition states, three transport reactions, and five reduced physical stimulations.
