Description

In this research, we studied the function of cortico-basal ganglia-thalamo-cortical circuit during mice performing a delayed response task. Combined with optogenetics and electrophysiological recordings, we revealed the specific contributions of this circuit during maintaining of short-term memory. Here, we provide: 1. Single units, recorded in behavior mice with different optogenetics manipulations, and related behavior data. 2. MATLAB codes for data analysis.
