Description of this data

Supplementary material 1 and 2 show respectively positive and negative correlations between changes of gene expression generated using Spearman’s analysis for all 4 cell lines after 24, 48 and 72 hours of exposure of cells to DCA.
Supplementary material 3 shows log RQ values for all examined genes in four cell lines after 24, 48 and 72 hours. RQ values were used in statistical analysis. Supplementary material 4 shows a profile of gene expression changes for CCRF/CEM cell line after 24-hour exposure to IC50.
