Research on the Spatio-Temporal Evolution of Water Resource System Resilience in the Yellow River Water Supply Area in Henan

Description

Precipitation data from hydrological stations in the Yellow River water supply area of Henan Province were collected and organized. A fundamental database covering the period from 1990 to 2022 was established. The main types of data included meteorological, hydrological, and water supply records, as well as information on topography and underlying surfaces. Data on regional socioeconomic conditions and water network construction were also included. These data were obtained from the Henan Water Resources Bulletin, the Yellow River Conservancy Commission, and the Hydrological Yearbook of the Yellow River Basin. The data are shown in Table 1. Geographic Information System (GIS) technology was applied for spatial analysis, prediction, and decision support. The data were stored, analyzed, and managed using GIS. These processes supported the construction of a resilience indicator system for the water resources system.
