Description

This dataset supports the research finding for the article "Removal of free cyanide in dry-milled cassava flour using atmospheric nonthermal plasma treatment". The data shows variation in free hydrogen cyanide content and other chemical and physical properties of native dry-milled cassava flour and the plasma treated flour at various treatment conditions.
