Lipid profiles of plasma isolated from lipodystrophy patients and healthy volunteers

Description

Systemic adipocyte loss causes retinal degeneration in mice. Lipodystrophy is a group of rare disorders where the body loses fat tissue in some areas. Here we provide lipid profiles of plasma isolated from lipodystrophy patients compared to health volunteer evaluated by shotgun lipidomics.
