Description

On the first day of neonatal mouse heart spatial transcriptomic sequencing, we used spatial transcriptomics technology to capture gene expression patterns across different regions of the heart. This dataset provides detailed region-specific transcriptional characteristics, revealing the spatial development and maturation states of cardiomyocytes. These data offer a crucial foundation for understanding the distribution and maturation process of cardiomyocytes within the heart, which can be used for future functional and disease research.
