Description
The rapid growth of online news portals has resulted in information overload, biased content, duplicate reporting without proper source information that spreads misleading and fake news. To address these challenges, this paper presents an AL-Powered Realtime News Intelligence Platform (AI-New Hub System) with explainable credibility like presenting the probability of truth, with multi-source analysis (fake news detection). The system automatically collects news articles from multiple global sources (example: BBC, CNN, Times of India, The hindu, Google News, etc) using RSS feeds and performs intelligent processing using NLP and ML Techniques. This system integrates NLP with ML techniques to intelligently analyze (1) ‘News-content’, performs (2) ‘Clustering’, generates (3) ‘Summaries’, detects (4) ‘Sentiment’, and evaluates the (5) ‘Credibility’ of the information from multiple sources in real time. A hybrid search mechanism is also introduced, where the system first searches locally stored news feed (internal database) and dynamically switches to live web-based news when the information is unavailable. This platform provides advanced filtering via novel intelligent news selection features, allowing users to filter news based on categories like (A) ‘Sentiment, (B) ‘Credibility’, (C) ‘Risk level’, and (D) ‘Trending-topics’. This helps users quickly access the personalized, relevant selections of reliable 'News content’ which they need at that time. Furthermore, they can select News based on their personal opinions so that users can see all kinds of news not only positive but also negative news get reports on this platform. The developed AiNewsHub system improves news readability and reduces false information upto 90% in the trending News. The system hosted on GITHUB enhances information verification and provides a scalable foundation or intelligent real-time news (24/7) as well as the News from the past
