This dataset includes: 1) T2w Template from the dHCP datasets 2) 4D weekly maps of i) average T2w; ii) average T2w/T1w signal ratio; iii) average neurite density index [NODDI]; iv) average free water map [NODDI]. All are derived from the dHCP study. 3) NMF results - NeWMaPs from the dHCP study across multiple resolutions (ranging from 2-20 NMFs).

Steps to reproduce
To recreate NeWMaPs, unzip dHCP_NMF_1-20.zip and use the following command in bash (requires FSL): number=03 #this could be 02-20 cd fac${number} fslmerge -t NM_${number} ../zeros.nii.gz all_NM fslmaths NM_${number} -Tmaxn NeWMaP_${number}_ROIs
