Reproducibility Materials and Simulation Outputs for Corrective-Information Timing in a Stochastic Two-Channel Misinformation Model
Description
This dataset supports a Physica A submission on corrective-information timing in a stochastic, node-aligned, two-channel misinformation model. It contains anonymized AnyLogic models, experiment and lineage manifests, processed and seed-level simulation evidence, analysis scripts, figure and table source data, transition documentation, implementation checks, and a separate checksum-verified archive of author-generated hourly AnyLogic outputs. The materials include the completed 30-cell timing-strength design with 30 common seeds per cell and the separate finite-size and propagation-regime experiment. Third-party platform workbooks, raw post text, identifiers, logged-in page renderings, and user-level records are not redistributed.

Steps to reproduce
Extract the reproducibility and raw-data ZIP archives as sibling directories. From the reproducibility archive root, run: python3 scripts/verify_package.py and python3 scripts/verify_physica_a_extension.py. To rebuild the 900-row paired timing-strength dataset from the extracted raw files, run: python3 scripts/build_authoritative_timing_strength_dataset.py --raw-root /path/to/raw_simulation_data/files, followed by python3 scripts/build_finite_policy_control.py. Python requirements are listed in requirements.txt. AnyLogic 8.9.8 is required only to rerun the proprietary model; recalculation from the supplied CSV observations does not require AnyLogic.
