Prevalence of OSA and Hypertension among Adults in Tiko Health District.dataset

Description

This dataset contains de-identified participant-level data from a community-based cross-sectional study conducted in the Tiko Health District, Southwest Region, Cameroon. The study assessed obstructive sleep apnea risk, blood pressure, and associated cardiometabolic and lifestyle factors among adults recruited from selected urban/semi-urban and rural communities. Data include sociodemographic characteristics, anthropometric measurements, blood pressure measurements, STOP-BANG and Epworth Sleepiness Scale assessments, physical activity, dietary and behavioral factors, and relevant cardiovascular risk variables. The dataset has been cleaned and prepared to support reproducibility, secondary analyses, and verification of the study findings.
