Description
This dataset contains 540 consecutive daily operational records from a full-scale membrane bioreactor–reverse osmosis (MBR–RO) oleochemical wastewater reclamation plant in North Sumatra, Indonesia, covering 4 January 2024 to 26 June 2025. The data were collected using the Bluewater Lab Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIOT) monitoring system and include study day, date, operational phase, externally procured industrial-water flow (IW), MBR product-water flow, and RO product-water flow, reported in m³/day. The record is divided into commissioning (Days 1–90), handover (Days 91–457), and recommissioning (Days 458–540). All monitored days were retained, including interrupted-operation and zero-production days; zero values represent observed zero flow and should not be interpreted as missing data. The dataset underlies the temporal flow profile and phase-wise statistical summaries reported in the associated manuscript and is provided to support transparency, verification, and reuse.
