This supplementary file provides additional information for the study “Exploring the impacts of colostrum on systemic immune development in dairy calves.” It includes detailed gating strategies used to identify different immune cell populations (T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, and myeloid cells) by flow cytometry, as well as the evaluation of the activation marker CD62L in various T cell subsets over time in calves that received fresh, frozen, or no colostrum.
