Steps to reproduce
Collect 108 (or more) cases of superstitious athletes through internet search (we used Google), read their stories, have two people classify their superstition - extracted from the story - as behavioral, clothing-related and/or nutritional. Than examine their frequencies in male and female athletes as well as team and individual sports practitioners. You can do a Chi-square test if you wish to determine the statistical significance.
